Picture yourself escaping from prison.. you've been planning this for months, tolerated the harsh treatment in the cells, eaten the crap they give you in there, get poked in the ass by some fat obnoxious guy.. and today is the day you finally get your chance at breaking free..
You manage to crawl out of the hole you have been digging at for the past 6 months using a spoon you nicked from the kitchen.. took out the guards that were on duty with your toothbrush.. and you even manage to dodge the patrol hounds hiding perfectly from their acute sense of smell because you smeared your whole body with dirt from the dung-pits..
as you made your way across the huge field, you dodge the search lights with stealth and skill..
And the only thing now in between you and your freedom, is this final stretch of road and a concrete wall with nobody in sight to stop you...
Sprinting down this long dirt path, you cannot help but be impressed by yourself.. the resilience you have shown, the determination, the hard work, the planning up to this point, the immaculate execution..
With a huge grin on your face, you turned the corner and come face to face with... a newly installed fence and the words "DANGER! HIGH VOLTAGE"
You look at your bare feet and hands.. then at your prison uniform that is so thin you think they are secretly producing this stuff using Paseo facial tissues..
And the only words you find yourself saying are..
"Cheee... Byeee... "
Now that you know how i'm feeling right now... it's time to tell you why...
After 3 consecutive killer papers in 2 days, and the last one coming right up tomorrow.. you would think that the end is right round the corner..
And with the 'success' i've had with the past few papers, i was hoping for a happy ending where i would walk out of the examination hall tomorrow with a huge grin..
but as fate, or dare i say the damn professors, would have it, that was always not the case..
i took a look at the past year papers and i said the exact same 2 words...
YES!! When a man's gotta curse.. he's GOTTA curse!!
I learnt about it in HP806 yesterday..
Crisis Stress Management; the individual must be able to fully express himself in times of distress... so as to relieve the tension that has been building up due to the critical incident...
initially i was pretty darn sure the web host had uploaded a 4th year examination paper onto the site by mistake.. but then my fears were confirmed when i saw the same standard in ALL the papers from the preceding 3 semesters...
guess it was my fault for underestimating the paper.. thinking that I could finish studying the last part in one night.. who would have thought that task would be so near impossible...
arghhhhhhhhh~!!!!!!
well, I have the rest of the night to do as much damage reduction as possible...
i'm gonna finish my last 5 bottles of Brands tonight.. until my nose bleeds will you find me studying diligently at my table...
let's just hope i ain't the only idiot in triple E who thinks this way...
